It uses only strictly necessary cookies and local storage so that features you have requested work. If we add traffic measurement or marketing tools in the future, we will ask for your consent beforehand and update this page.

The My apartment app and the staff apps also use a service worker and the browser cache to load faster.
4. External Services
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts and, on the home page, current weather from Open-Meteo. These services technically receive your device's IP address; they do not set cookies for this website as part of this use. Payments are made exclusively by bank transfer, so the website uses no payment gateway and no payment-gateway cookies.
5. How to Delete Cookies and Stored Data
You can delete or block cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings. The website will still work, but it will not remember your language, favourites or your My apartment login.
