1. Traffic measurement only with your consent
The website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure traffic, only if you give your consent in the banner on the website (Article 22(2) of Spanish Law 34/2002, LSSI, and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent Google Analytics is not loaded at all. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the website data in your browser — the banner will then appear again. The website does not use advertising or remarketing cookies. The other cookies and local storage listed below are strictly necessary for features you have requested and do not require consent.

Without consent to traffic measurement, ordinary visitors and guests do not receive any cookie.

This data stays in your browser and is not sent to the server automatically (except for the My apartment app login, where it is used to verify your booking).

The My apartment app and the staff apps also use a service worker and the browser cache to load faster.
4. External Services
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts and, on the home page, current weather from Open-Meteo. These services technically receive your device's IP address; they do not set cookies for this website as part of this use. Payments are made exclusively by bank transfer, so the website uses no payment gateway and no payment-gateway cookies.
5. How to Delete Cookies and Stored Data
You can delete or block cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings. The website will still work, but it will not remember your language, favourites or your My apartment login.
